Our Patient Participation Group has arranged a presentation on Diabetes.
The talk will be given by John Bridges from Diabetes Awareness UK.
Throughout the presentation John will explain what Diabetes is, what you need to know and how Diabetes UK can help you.
We know this will be a sought after event and there is limited space.
