Notification from the practice
It is with extreme sadness that we share this announcement. No words could describe how devastating this news has been for all who knew Lorraine ( Loz to us). Her kind, bubbly and infectious character has left a huge hole, she has been the heart and soul of our work family for many years and we will miss her terribly.

Our team will be paying our respects to Loz on Monday 7th December. The surgery will be closed from noon onwards and cover from our out of hours service will be available to all patients during this time. We thank you for your understanding.
It is with deep sadness we announce that Trent Meadows Medical Practice has lost a dedicated colleague to Covid-19.
Lorraine Holmes, secretarial manager, sadly passed away on Thursday 19 November 2020.
Lorraine worked at the practice for 24 years and was a much loved colleague.
On behalf of our member practices and the CCG, I would like to offer our sincere condolences to Lorraine’s family.
Lorraine was integral to the soul of the practice, and she will be deeply missed. She was the longest serving member of the Trent Meadows family, of 24 years, and our thoughts are with her colleagues who are devastated by this news.
